While we absolutely believe in being paid for results, we only work on a retained basis. Executive search isn't just about making a placement, it is also about process. It is not just finding a candidate that "fits" the job but finding the very best candidate for the job.
Simply stated, we can afford to spend more time engaging and evaluating the market because we are being paid to do so.
We also believe that a retainer should compensate us for our effort but that we should be accountable for the outcome of the assignment as well. We structure our professional arrangements to reflect our belief that we are in a partnership and share risk with our clients.
